Question Samsung A71

I have the Samsung A71 5G. My mother had it first but barely used it and I received it 2 years later.

I started to have major problems. I couldn't talk on the phone without using the speaker. The charging port is now unusable. Is there a way to charge it without using the port? It will cost me about $50 yo have it fixed which I honestly can't even afford. Any inside information regarding getting Samsung to fix it for free? I'm in Toronto Ontario Canada

Nope, it doesn’t support wireless charging.

Warranty period is 24 months. In the UK you’d be able to have a go with consumer protections as the port breaking and speaker breaking in that time frame (assuming it’s not user damage) is below what would be commonly expected but I don’t know about Canada.
